Messybox provides an AI-powered email productivity platform that includes smart inbox sorting, AI-drafted replies, follow-up nudges, and related features. The Service integrates with third-party email providers (such as Gmail and Microsoft 365) to process and organize your email.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance.

By connecting your email account to Messybox, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your email content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you disconnect your email account or delete your Messybox account.
We do not claim ownership of your email content. We do not use your email content to train AI models. We do not sell, share, or disclose your email content to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Messybox offers free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify the features or availability of the Free plan at any time. The Free plan is provided "as-is" without any service level guarantees.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and code, is owned by Messybox and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
You may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Service without obligation to you.
The Service integrates with third-party email providers and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that AI-generated drafts, sorting decisions, or other outputs will be accurate or appropriate in all circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MESSYBOX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Messybox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
